i don't want to die alone

well the coolest thing ever just happened.

picture a white stretch limousine with drinks and big seats and pillows and a television and bob marley in the cd player. then picture me in it with girls from school: the lovely erin, mary, kate (from my english class), and becky (from canadian history).

yes ladies and gents and children of all ages except if they can't read yet, erin's sweet sixteen. a limo, a fancy italian restaurant, the candy store on elgin street, a walk downtown with erin blindfolded and wearing a sign that said "hug me i'm sweet 16," and lovely happiness.

so random. i got a call from mary around 16 or 17 and it was all get dressed there's a limo. before that i was cleaning out my binders and planning on watching cool hand luke in the evening. this was clearly much better.

so yes. today i went down (or west, whatev) to the ministry of transport and passed (FIRST TRY graham) the test to get the first bit of my driver's, known to canadians as the G1. my mum says it's a milestone, i say it's a tuesday.

so i was innocetly watching internet cartoons when i stumbled upon this quite strange one. don't ask...please.

in addition to that mind-boggling event, first lesson with dan the drum teacher. i had gotten used to making crap up and copying beats from oldies songs, but this is probably better.

and this evening i was home alone and, other than mixing smirnoffs into my lemonade, nothing really happened. i did manage to clean the furniture so well that i can see my reflection in it...

...now i'm off to save the universe ONCE AGAIN!

i wrote this before dinner today, aside from being stopped (but for whatever reason not penalized) for driving without a liscence and talking to people online earlier than usual, it was the highlight of my otherwise dull day. i feel a lot better now, sorry for the mood-swing-y-ness yesterday and all those other times. and oh boy less than 19 days until chewy and gina and tomoc come!!!!
